Position Qualifications:
- Art degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of 3D software packages (e.g., MotionBuilder, Maya, XSI, 3ds Max)
- Established body of work in digital character animation
- An ability to create natural motion, quickly and with ease
- Willing to accept direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks
- Committed independent and responsible worker
- Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive in problem solving with other team members
- Must be highly motivated
