Position Qualifications:
- Ability to produce a coherent and detailed concept design documents, articulating the strengths and weaknesses of modern games
- Strong conceptual and visualisation skills along with proven creative writing experience
- A track record including at least two commercially successful shipped console titles
- Ability to write and update design documentation for programmers and artists
- Multiplayer design experience
- Proven analytical skills
- An in-depth knowledge of the games industry and the development process
- Excellent knowledge of modern console games
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good team working attitude
